Description
An increased interest in wood floors for both commercial and residential locations has generated a growing market for those who wish to provide maintenance service on wood flooring. Whether the floor is a solid, engineered or parquet wood floor they all need maintenance at some point.

This training program will give you the know-how for identifying the type of wood floor and how to determine the type of finish the wood floor might have on it. It will also outline the general maintenance cleaning and restorative process that can be done to extend the life of the wood floor before an expensive sanding; staining and recoating would need done.

Average test certification time 1 hour. Average course study time 3-4 hours. All course materials available online.
